Allan E. Garner, age 68, of Grove, OK passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, October 19, 2021, at his home. Allan was born on March 18, 1953, to Earl and Mildred (Talkington) Garner in Alice, TX. As a child, his family moved to Wyoming and he graduated from Kelly Walsh High School in Casper, Wyoming in 1971. On December 2, 1978, Allan met the love of his life, Susan Davy, and 28 days later they were married in Casper. Allan was mechanically inclined and worked in several different fields over the years, from selling and maintaining hospital equipment, working in the oil fields and most recently, as an automation programmer for Automation Electronics. He was focused, determined and worked hard to achieve his goals. Guns, politics, debating, hunting in Wyoming with his wife, and riding motorcycles were a few of the things that Allan was passionate about. He and Susan rode over 65,000 miles in Wyoming and Montana on their motorcycles. He also loved Boxer dogs and was part of the Boxer Rescue group. Allan enjoyed life and lived every day to the fullest. He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister. Left to cherish Allan’s memory, wife, Susan Garner; daughter, Jennifer Clark (Jason) of Cashion, OK and son, Jonathan Davy (Katherine) Casper, WY; sisters, Earlene Daugherty and Gail Kennah, both of Casper, Wyoming and 4 grandchildren. Private family services are planned at a later date.
